When we take time to be creative we become stronger in making decisions about what we like. Our trust in our inner impulses and vision grows. This month we will practice recognizing feelings and thoughts that are lurking in our subconscious and create art based on our inner wisdom. Creative Adventures are about the inherent value of being creative: promoting higher self-esteem, healthy emotional release, managing stress, and connecting with others. No previous art experience is required.
